I am trying to deploy an Infopath form template and have run into issues that appear to be related to different configurations on people’s computers. The latest is with Outlook. The following is the behavior:
1. Template is posted on a share
2. User fills out form and hits submit
3. Form is designed to send only the active view of the form and no attachment
4. Certain users get this message from Outlook ?A program is trying to access email addresses you have stored in Outlook. Do you want to allow this? If this is unexpected, it may be a virus & you should choose ?no?. ?
5. After clicking “Yes”, a mail is sent but with no active view of the form included.
Any ideas what I can do to resolve this?
