I currently spend about 350,000 a year on outsourced tech help. For this I get an on-site tech 3 days a week in two locations. We have a mixed ethernet network of about 40 or so Macs and 50 PC’s. Macs do heavy creative work and the PC’s do standard MS Office. I have access to support at all levels of the network. Am I spending too much? I’m not a tech per se as I grew with the department so I’m looking for a benchmark of some sort. Should I start looking for in-house help?
