Inserting data from one table in access into another

I am creating an access db, and I’ve imported an excel spreadsheet into the db. I’ve created the table in access with the fields that I want to have in the table, but I am drawing a blank on how to update the table in access with the excel table that I have imported in. Any help would be greatly appreciated
