The HR Department in the city I work at recently created an Access Database to input employee information.They want to be able to print ID cards for employees.The problem we are having is everytime we insert the picture the image is to big.I was wondering if anybody new if I could control the size of the image within Access or is that something I have to control within the camera? All pictures are JPEG’s
