My Insp 6000 laptop which is just at 2 years old has given me the dreaded BSOD. I can’t boot into safe mode or from a CD. Can’t even get into command prompt. Is it toast?
The last year (you know, since the 1 year warranty expired) has been nothing but trouble. First the video drivers went out, then the battery (not a recalled version) began to overheat, then adapter stopped working right, then the display died. I have been using it with an external monitor since January 08… and now this.
I am really having a hard time accepting this. I have 4 other Dells in my house and if this one is gone, it will definitely be the last. Thanks in advance.
