Inst NAV via Win98 client login script

By gmiller ·
NAV CE allows for auto installation on the client from the Server. I've selected this option but it doesn't work. I think NAV uses a clientlogin script to do this but I don't think the client is looking for the login script.
How do I tell the Win98 clients to look for a common login script and how can I view the login script?
I don't want to install NAV manually from every client if I can avoid it.

Inst NAV via Win98 client login script

Using a client login script is one of the ways to do this. I could try to give you the detailed instructions, but better to go to the source. Go to the following URL and search for VPLOGON.BAT:
http://www.symantec.com/techsupp/enterprise/products/nav/nav-75-ce/search.html

(Please remove any spaces that might have crept into the above URL.) About the fourth or fifth article down should be "How to install Norton AntiVirus Corporate Edition clients with a logon script". Hope this helps!
