I remember a tech tip article about a utility that allows you to install 95 or 98 only applications on 2000. These applications check the OS version and wont let you install on 2000. The tool was suppose to trick the App into thinking it was on 95 or 98 os. Does anyone remember the name of the tool or can link me to the article? I have not been able to find it.
