Install Exchange 2k on Win 2k

Please help, I have been given the task of setting up Exchange 2k on a Win 2k server. i have some knowledge in computers but not enough to set something like this up. My boss does not seem to understand that this is a major project. We only have about thirty users at our company, with only 4 departments. The major hurdle I am facing is getting the active directory up as well as the DNS. Which of course is the most important part. If anyone could possibly give me a step by step for setting up the most basic exchange I would be eternally grateful.
