Install on an NT workstation

By james.kelly-eqe@state.ma. ·
When trying to install PVCS Tracker to
an NT workstation from CD/ROM I keep
getting the following message-
16 Bit Windows Subsystem
Hidden Console of WOW VDM
C:\WINNT\SYSTEM32\CONFIG.NT
The system file is not suitable for running MS-DOS and Microsoft Windows Applications.

Does anyone know what this is and how to
fix it ?

Install on an NT workstation

Microsoft recommends running the emergency repair disk to replace the missing or corrupt files. It will also verify the integrity of the system files.

Manually expand the Autoexec.nt, Config.nt, and Command.com files off the Windows NT CDROM.If the Pagefile.sys resides on a removable drive, move it to a permanent drive.

Hope this helps. :)
