A user was trying to install a new update of our software. Install Shield wizard started and began the installation of that programs software, then it hung up with the error message “Error extracting support files. System cannot find file specified.”
This is not an error with our software. I have tried everything I can think of…deleting the contents of the temp folder, performing a regclean, and deleting the contents of the engine folder within the Install Shield program itself…
If anyone has any suggestions I would appreciate it.
