install win2000 over nt4

NT 4.0 upgrade to windows 2000
Hello,
Need some help from U. I am using NT4 (english) as my PDC and i want to updgrade it to windows 2000 (spanish) with this options:
a. Nt4 as PDC english.
b. Win 2000 Server is Spanish

If you can, please give me detailed information or send me the web site where i can find the instruction i would appreciate it.
