install Win2K from DOS prompt!

I already copied all the drivers to the local hardrive but It’s been a while since I have re-installed a windows 2000 pc and wanted to know where do I go now. It keeps telling me I can’t run the SETUP command from the harddrive under DOS. How can I get it up and running.
