install windows exchange 2000

Hello All, I have just installed a windows 2000 exchange server into our small office. I am pretty new to this so can anybody help me with a simple setup. I want to collect the mail from our isp, our domain is called example.com and the isp is isp.com and where going out through a sonicwall firewall, thats the type of scenario it is so if anybody can give me the steps i would appreciate it.
