Can someone tell me what files i would need to put on floppy to create a network boot disk to do an installation over the network from a share on a win2k server (DC) and also how would i go about creating this disk

this machine has no O/S already installed (clean) installation!

This is an excellent article on exactly how to do what you're looking for, complete with screenshots.

(remove any spaces from the URL)

Also, you will have to create at least1 small partition for the win2k swap file. I recommend at least 1 GB. You can just use a dos bootdisk or win98 bootdisk and use FDISK.
