Why am i getting a memory Dump while tring to install Windows NT and it copies all files to the hard drive and restarts then i get a memory dump on the second stage of installing?

Might be network card driver problem. I experience this before. Trying to install NT on compaq server and install network component to join the domain. And give me the deadly blue screen when reboot. I solve by not installing the network component during OS installation. Then using the support CD to install the network card.

You may like to install using the minimum hardware without any audio or network card. If still having memory dump, M/B might be spoilt or not support by NT. Checkthe NT HAL list at microsoft website.
