I’ve just downloaded the Tech Republic IT Pro’s guide to policies and procedures. The download and installation were expectedly uneventful. However when I attempt to launch the application it returns the error “URL invalid and cannot be loaded” followed by “The TechRepublic Resource CD was not found in the CD-ROM Drive”. I did not burn the application onto CD but didn’t think it was necessary. I will be grateful for any leads.
