I need some information about installing a seagate python dat drive on netware 4.11. Where do the driver get installed.

Well there's an open question!
What are you going to use to access the tape drive (i.e what backup software?) That will usually have it's own driver base, and the driver files will probably remain in the software's own folder, instead of insistingon going into sys:system
But you will need to load the DSK or HAM for the SCSI card - that should be installed in sys:system and is best obtained from the scsi card manufacturer (I swear by Adaptecs, but I know others who swear at them, so it's your choice).

You need to give more info to get a better answre than this.
