installing application minus local admin rights

Hello.

I am responsible for providing a solution to a number of Windows administrators with the ability to install a small application (McAfee ePO Agent to be precise) to their end users who do not have admin rights to their local machines from a script. McAfee ePO does provide the ability to create an installation package that embeds a domain admin profile and password into executable, but it fails. McAfee tech support tells me since the issuance of the service packs by MS, it has caused this to fail. In any event, I am trying to find another solution to this issue.

Any ideas?
