I’m having troubles installing Citrix Presentation Server 4.5 on my Windows Server 2003. I downloaded a zipped file from Citrix website, and ran autorun.exe to install Citrix. I followed the pre-installation document, and had everything ready prior to running autorun.exe. I’m currently facing a problem regarding IMA service couldn’t start. when I ran ctxkeytool load path-to-my-key-far, I got an error saying “Error reading a registry key” and “Error loading protector.dll. Make sure it is in the proper directory.” Could anyone help me out, please?
