Installing DHCP

I have installed Windows NT 4 Enterprise Edition with a Service Pack 6. I want to install the Microsoft DHCP Server service. When propmted to insert cd with source file d:\sp3\i386, I insert Ent. Edition Disc 1. Installation fails to find 4 files i.e dhcpmib.dll dhcpssvc.dll ipadrdll.dll and jetpack.exe. I reboot pc and reinstall my Service Pack 6. After clicking DHCP Manager, I get an error stating that the dynamic link library could not be found in the specified path c:\winnt\system32; c:\winnt\system32; c:\winnt\system; c:\winnt; c:\winnt\system32; c:winnt; c:\mtx. Is there any remedy for this?
