I have installed the first dc in my domain with a fqdn as local1.domain1.com. knowing that domain1 is our registered domain name hosted by our isp. Local1 is my intended private domain name in our company. The first DC took the fqdn without a hitch.But when I try to add another DC in the local1 domain, it gives me an error message saying that the local1.domain1.com does not exist or cannot be contacted. Should I have not included our public domain name in my first DC fqdn?
