I want to install Linux and keep Win XP Pro. I have Win XP Pro, 1 hard drive, C: partition, Basic Disk config.
I downloaded Mandriva Linux torrent and couldn’t open it. I downloaded Mandriva from Mandriva.com with same results.
?Is Linux looing for a second partition to install on?
?Should I keep Basic Disk or convert to Dynamic Disk before insalling Linux?
?Don?t try to manually partition from disk manager because basic disk will lose XP information and will have to Reinstall XP OS.
