Installing MSProject2002-belling the cat

I’m trying to install MsProject2002 and it works with sqlserver 2000. I’m new to both. I installed Sqlserver2000 and did nothing else. Then I installed Project2002 and it is giving the following message

“”You do not have SECURITY ADMIN and DBCREATOR privileges on the SQL Server””

Please tell me what to do. Google search did not help much. Technet and knowledge base on Microsoft were’nt specific and just giving lots and lots of links. THanx in advance.
