I have signed up with Iprimus for broadband. I was given a free Netcomm NB1300 modem-router and CDROMs for installation. I have followed the instructions to the letter for installing a USB driver for the modem onto Windows 2000 Pro. I have even downloaded software and how-tos for the purpose. Windows does not recognize the driver file on the disc. I have used EasyConfig install software but would not install the driver for the NB1300 but could install the driver for NB1200 modem; however, it just would not work. I saw a website that had mostly rather overwhelmingly negative experience with NB1300. Does any one have a similar experience as I have and managed to make the NB1300 work in the end?
