Wife gave me this Dell Dimension 8400 desktop PC. Decided to install a bigger HD so I purchased a Western Digital 160G HD. Tried to install same and found the PC wont recognize the HD. There was an 80G Maxtor installed in the PC.
Bought this WD drive from Newegg and it came with no instructions or install discs.
Am a neophyte when it comes to this stuff. Any help would be appreciated..
