Installing outlook 98

I am presently (unsuccessfully), trying to install Outlook on a workstation that is running W2k. I am getting an error message that reads: Set up could not verify the information needed for installation.

Please make sure that your system clock reflects the current time, and then run setup again.

The time is correct and has been since the workstation has been removed from the box.
