Have installed printer on server but users cant print because the port is not seen on this server but yet we can see this port from other servers and computers. tried pinging on the server and it time out, ping on any other pc or server and it works. we have changed the cable in switch as well as on wall socket. try using ip address that works with another printer and the result is same.
can print from desktop direct but not via network.
