Installing Programs for All Users in XP

In XP Pro how do you install programs so that all users can access them and have then in their start menus? I installed Return to Castle Wolfenstein under the Administrator profile, but under the other profile the program does not show up in the start menus. I dont want to install it on each profile, how do I get it to work with all profiles?
