If this is a new server and your trying to install Windows on it...you might have to install the drivers as soon as the system starts the Kernell Load (this is where the screen goes blue during install). That way Windows will see the drives. You should hit F6 as soon as the screen turns blue, have the drivers from the manufacture, and install them.

If this is a production server, make sure that the card, and drives have uniques SCSI bus numbers and there is no conflict with outer SCSI devices (use the SCSI ICON in control panel), place the card in and mount the drives.

Once Installed then use Disk Manager in Administrative tools or COmputer Management in WIndows 2000 and create the partitions that you need for use.

Good Luck!

Scsi disk have a set of jumpers where you can define the scsi_id address. Each disk MUST have a different one, reserving number 0 OR 7, which is the board itsefl.
The cable may contains many connectors, one extreme to the board, the other extreme to a SCSI terminator (depending on your board type you may need a passive or active terminator or nothing if the board includes a "AUTO termination" jumper
Some new disk also includes a jumper to act as terminators.
Plug the disk in the available connectors and boot with the privided 1,44 disk as usual (it includes a .sys file in the config.sys in order to reach the card aspi.sys )
Run fdisk, and then format.
Install OS and when required, place the driver disk in a: and install from there
