Im about to install service pack 4 on exchange 5.5.
I have a verified backup of the exchange directory (just in case).
I have just read that it is advisable to change the exchange services to manual, reboot, install the service pack, change the exchange services to auto and reboot.
Is this the correct way to do it.
opinions please.
