installing sun solaris 10 over windows xp

dear sir
i have xp installed in my pc and iwant to install sun solaris 10 over it . i try this but what happend is couldnot see xp again . during installing sun solaris 10 asked about the partion in which i want to install. i have two partitions for c; for xp and the other for the data . i left 10 gb unpartition to install solaris in it . my question is how can install the sun solaris in this 10 gb wihtout the affecting win xp ? if you can give the detail step from the beging untill last steps

If you would actually read the hardware requirements you would see that it requires 13GB of free hard drive space for the initial installation. If you only allocated 10GB for a partition on your xp partition, I'm guessing that you just ended up writing over part of the XP partition. I would recommend taking some time to sit down and really educate yourself on this OS before you just slap it on a dual boot system.
