Installing USB Device on Windows Server 2003

Hi,
I’m running a computer with Windows Server 2003 Entreprise Edition, with SP1 installed. When I plug my webcam (Logitech QuickCam Chat) in any of the usb ports, the computer does not recognize that there is new hardware installed. The ports are activated, and they work fine with a memory stick. I’ve also started the WIA service. I’ve been looking everywhere and I can’t figure out why the hardware isn’t being recognized. Anyone have any ideas?
