Installing windows 98se

Hi ,

i have a problem installing windows 98se , after the installation end and reboot it gaive me a blue screen , “A FATAL exception 0E has occureed at 0347 : 0000967a ” and etc .
What could be the problem ? Myself , i suspected there might besome hardware malfunction but i have change most of the things except the mainboard and the cpu , can you all susgest what should i do and what did i do ???
