Installing Works Suite

I am endevouring to install Works Suite and repeatedly get a message that Norton Antivirus file navapw32.exe is running. When I Alt +Control + Delete – the task manager has no programs running even before I close Norton Antivirus and Security on my task bar.

I can’t get past the message to install my program.
