The company I currently work for changed something and suddenly Windows Live Messenger will no longer or only sporadically allow us to connect. This seriously hampers the ability of the team to communicate (we’re in several locations across several states).
We’re not prevented from using IM software, but most of us have had it with the (perceived) instability of Messenger.
We need the ability to chat in text, helpful if we can transfer files and everything else is gravy.
What is your favorite or most productive software? Issues? Restrictions?
