insufficient memory

i sometimes see "insufficient memory" error on my win98 screen

especially when i open the outlook and ten internet explorer page.
i have 64mb ram and pII 400 cpu and 4 gb free disk space

what's the problem?

you are running out of ram try boosting your page file to at least 200 megas minimum size.
right click on my computer
select properties
selet the performance tab
select vitrual memmery
select let me specify....
type 200 in the minimum box
select OK
close all windows and let the system reboot.

If you still get the same problem clean up you mail box and delete your temperary internet files.

Windows is trying to load everything it had open the last time it ran. This includes pointers to messages you may have deleted. You should empty your deleted items folder in outlook and consider making personal folders on your hard drive to store outlook items.
A large address book and modified dictionary can also take lots of memory.
