Insufficient resources exist to complete the requested service.

I have deployed 2 high-end servers for a project in my organization. The server congif is 4xQuad processors with 4 Gb RAM on Windows 2003 OS. Both have SP2 installed.

Both were functioning well. For the last 2 months, on one of the servers, I am continuously getting “Insufficient resources exist to complete the requested service.” error.

Actually I am running 10 instances of a service (application service) which reads available spool file from a designated location, looks for the relative entry in Meta data (Oracle DB). Once matched, the relative entry of the spool is made in Oracle and spool is converted to encrypted form and written to an area allocated on SAN.

I am having all my data on SAN storage and only application with Oracle software installed on the server.

Whenever such error occurs, the processing comes to a halt. When I notice and clear such multiple error boxes, the processing continues.

After trying for quite a while, I am coming to Tech community to help me to resolve this issue. Can I achieve without reinstalling OS.

Looking forward to specific reply in this issue. Its very urgent.
