Insufficient System Resources

Has anyone ever had a problem when trying to move large amounts of data (>500mb) from a WinNT server to a Win2k server? I am getting the error message “Insufficient System Resources” after the file move intiates. It looks like it moves about half way but then stops with that error message. I have a feeling it has something to do with the paging file but I’m just not sure.
