Intel Internet Camera

I’m trying to install an Intel Pro video camera. The system is a Pentium II 400MHz, 64 MB RAM with Windows 98 SE. Every time I try to install the software it freezes at 87%. I have disabled all memory resident programs. How can i resolve his issue?
