interent explorer addx bar wont let me type

when i type an address in the address bar of ie6 it woint go but goes to the default search page.

using myie2 it defaults to some porn search engine.!! help please

Download and install Ad-Aware to clean out the spyware. That should resolve this.

I have found that you should also run SpyBot Search and Destroy, both are good software but they will find things that the other won't.

Spysweep of Webroot is also a good choice if the previos two doesn't help. I would go with the adaware first thou, since it's free.

If all 3 programs doesn't help, try uninstall / reinstall Internet Explorer.
