Intergrating XStandard

I have been trying to Intergrate XStandard into our Web Documents with mixed results.

My only experience is with FrontPage to create web pages. I want to try using XStandard, and had searched other sites for instructions and software to accomplish this intergration. I’ve been getting bit’s and pieces of the solution. XStandard suggest a programmer has to intergrate XStandard into a CMS. The CMS has to be found.

I need a guide or chescklist specifying the exact software and scripts needed, unless there is a simplier solution. I’m trying to get through SAMS 24 Hour XML book, whick lead me to XStandard.
