Intermittent Problem with Shortcut Bar

When I have multiple applications open, the Office 2000 shortcut bar will drop back behind all windows. I have checked all of the settings, Auto-hide is off, Stay on Top is checked, they appear to be correct. This only happens intermittently, and isnot mission critical, just severely annoying. Any ideas?

  Try and enable the Autofit into Title Bar option by right clicking on the first button of the Shortcut Bar, Select Customize, the View, then check Autofit…on.
