internal Exchange, external web hosting

Right now we have Win Server 20003 Std, MS ISA 2004, Exchange and website. All internally, in AD, domen www.xyz.org . Boss wants to put webserver on external hosting www.xyz.org but to keep Exchange inhouse. How to resolve IPs and domain names? What should I do on ISA 2004 settings?
