internal processing errors on Exchange

For some reason our internet mail service keeps stopping, it is random about once every few days, I have to go in and restart the services. In the event viewer there are always multiple internal processing errors 4132/4037/4115. I am going crazy trying to figure out what could be wrong. Any suggestions?
