Internal Transfer or Accept New Offer?
Hi everyone,
I’m currently in a dilemma position, need some advice as to should i do a internal transfer department to security department or should i accept the new offer from another company.
The reason why I have tender resignation from my current position as system administrator, is due to i can’t take it anymore. My direct superior has been constant disrespect and shouting at me whenever i approach him to ask some questions. FYI, i have been with this company for 4 years, my direct superior behavior has changed ever since i was promoted as senior executive.
After i tender resignation, my HR approached me and asked if I’m interested to join security department as there’s a position opening soon.
However, doing internal transfer means that i still have to deal with my superior. (although is lesser but still need to work along with him).I got a new offer from another new company B as Data Loss Prevention (DLP) Specialist which they require me to start the job asap. I’m not sure what does the career path as DLP specialist has in the future.
Anyone can provide some feedback for my scenario here?
