I worked for a telecom company that somehow someonr used my computer ID and started customer service orders in my name. I reported to compliance and response was the integrity of they system had not been breached. I feel that they system was breached and asked them to tell me who had access to do this. They tried twice to replicate but said couldn’t. This system is tied to accounting, contracts, engineering, and sale reporting. I have been brushed off and feel that this is serious and potentialy a Sarbanes Oxley concern. Can someone validate that I am right?
