Internet access

Is there a program out there that I can install on a single computer that will allow me to keep the user from seeing anything on the Internet except one website?

If it's just one computer, you could try modifying the HOSTS file on that computer. If you plan on doing several computers on your network, adding the restrictions at the router would be a better way to go about it.

Just one computer right now. Can you explain what the host file would look like to lock the box down to one website? Thanks.

I would use group policy or a local policy if not in a domain. Configure the Content advisor with a password and specify which site they are allowed to go to.
