In W2K Terminal Service client sessions, I cannot access the internet. When I open IE and try to go to a website, I get an error message that the file was not found. These client sessions are running within our LAN, not over the internet.
How can I get my Terminal Service Clients to have access to the internet during their sessions?

Can you browse the web from the Terminal Server? If so do you use a proxy to get out? Make sure the correct gateway is specified on the terminal server.
Have you checked the proxy settings in IE while logged into a user session? These settings will be stored in the user profile, so they will need to be right for each user. The easiest way to make sure they are right is to set them in a Group Policy. If the proxy setting is wrong, the default gateway setting won't matter.
If you're asking for technical help, please be sure to include all your system info, including operating system, model number, and any other specifics related to the problem. Also please exercise your best judgment when posting in the forums--revealing personal information such as your e-mail address, telephone number, and address is not recommended.
