I changed the Internet Options to delete Temporary Internet files on exit and now I cannot go to a site using the name i.e. www.ebay.com. I can go to it if I know the IP address.
Uninstalling and reinstalling corrected one PC, but the other PC has Win 2000 and I tried to uninstall and I cannot do it.
