Does anyone have the name of software that could be used to check the amount and availability of a circuit that goes out to the Internet. I need to see if what my local carrier say’s I’m paying for, I’m actually getting. I’m of the impressionit shouldn’t matter what kind of circuit I am using i.e: T1 or ISDN. It must be Win NT 4.0 compatible and not cost an arm and a leg. Thanks to all who reply to this question.
